Privacy

1. Data controller

This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit and use this website.

2. Processing of personal data

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate the website, respond to enquiries, provide our services or comply with legal obligations. This may include contact details, information about a property and technical access data.

3. Property valuation and contact details

When you use the contact form or property valuation form, the contact and property information you enter is transmitted to us and used solely to process your enquiry. The forms use technical spam protection with an invisible verification field, a minimum completion time and a short-term limit on repeated submissions. For this limitation, the IP address may temporarily be processed in technically shortened or hashed form. The entries used for this purpose are retained only briefly.

4. Server and access data

When a website is accessed, the hosting provider may process technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser information and referrer. The specific hosting configuration must be checked before the website goes live and this privacy policy updated if necessary.

5. Cookies

The website currently uses a setting stored locally in your browser to remember your cookie choice. Necessary functions may be used without additional consent. Optional analytics or marketing services are not integrated in the current version and would only be activated after corresponding consent.

6. Recipients and processors

Personal data may be shared with technical service providers where this is necessary for hosting, maintenance or processing an enquiry. The providers actually used must be documented before the website goes live.

7. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.

8. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, you may in particular request information about personal data being processed and have inaccurate data corrected. Depending on the situation, further rights may apply, for example to data disclosure, deletion or restriction of processing.

9. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. However, data transmission over the internet can never be completely risk-free.

10. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated if the website, services used or legal requirements change. The version published on this page at the relevant time applies.
